If you have an issue with your computer system, we assure you peace of mind with our Helpdesk Logging System.
In order to access our Helpdesk System, you must register on the system. Registration is free, but please be aware that we have two categories of customer on our Helpdesk System, PaidCustomers and FreeCustomers. As you would expect, our PaidCustomers must be our priority. All issues which require technical assistance from a OneDeGo Information & Media Solutions must be logged via the Helpdesk.
